Intro Trauma Informed Care Webinar - April 18, 2018
This webinar presented the philosophy (not approach) of supporting individuals overcome traumatic experiences with the right type of care. Harm Reduction in Housing First Webinar - April 4, 2018

Motivational Interviewing: Developing Basic Skills Webinar - March 14, 2018
Learn more about how to effectively use motivational interviewing techniques when working specifically with those experiencing homelessness or living in supportive housing programs. PA HMIS Privacy & Security Training
Defining exactly what Privacy and Security means, as well as go over a couple of definitions or acronyms that will be used throughout the class. We will also explain who these Privacy and Security standards applies to (hint: everyone that collects and uses personal data). During the training it is explained Privacy Responsibilities and Requirements and what you can do on your end to ensure you are more knowledgeable on the subject which should assist in your compliance. Security, the three basic categories security falls under the responsibilities or duties that PA HMIS oversees and which duties all of users need to ensure are in place. This training session was held on January 8, 2018.
