What is the Western PA Continuum of Care (CoC)?
The mission of the Western PA Continuum of Care is to end and prevent homelessness through a coordinated community-based process of identifying needs and building an open and integrated system of housing and services that addresses those needs.
Who should attend?
Everyone interested in working to prevent and end homelessness. This includes affordable housing providers, landlords, service providers, employers, law enforcement, health care, clergy, philanthropists, and concerned citizens.
Why should I attend?
Attend this meeting to learn more about the Western PA Continuum of Care and discuss how you can help to end homelessness in your community.
Registration fee including lunch: $10.00 per person.
